XML support for HANA SQLScript?

     Hello, I was wondering if there is any support for xml parsing in HANA SQLScript. I have some objects that need to be processed in SQLScript. I found this post that is a bit old, where there is somebody else asking for the same thing (I kind of need the same thing this person needs):

and there was a reply that there is no support for XML at that time, and that it will be added in the feature.

     I need to access (within a SQLScript procedure) some objects that are in XML format. Is there any way to do that? Has anybody found a workaround for this?
