Hello all,
I am researching on SAP HANA Live as an option to be used for our operational reporting. While looking at different documents I came across multiple views available in SAP HANA Live i.e. Private views, Reuse views and Query views (being consumable by Analytical tool).
Then there is the Attribute view, Analytical View (my understanding is this is the only one that can be consumed by an Analytical tool) and Calculation views (Can be consumed by an Analytical Tool as they sit on top of the analytical and attribute views?).
Please also correct me; I believe the analytical view can be consumed by Lumira and the calculation view can be consumed by a Universe.
Individually I kind of understand the 2 sets private, reuse & Query Views vs. Attribute , Analytical and Calculation views. What I am not clear is that is the Attribute, Analytical and Calculation views only reserved for SAP BW on HANA. If so do they not have the private, reuse and Query views or are they a sub set of the Query view ?
I am not understanding the relationship, system and the combination they can be used in.
I also read see in HANA Studio that the private, reuse and query views are actually under calculation views ?
Please explain....
