Our company is stepping into implementing Cloud for Customer (using HCI for our integration via CRM to SAP R3 version 4.7).
We are using standard SAP functionality of Ship to and Sold to for customer maintenance will be pushed to C4C for our sales reps to record activities against. Our consultants have advised us that SAP ship to customers are not visible and searchable in C4C.
I am seeking some guidance if that is the case and what options is available to us to enable to us so that ship to details are searchable in C4C and record activities against.
