BPC 7.5 to 10.1 HANA migration

Dear Experts,

Hope you all doing great. I need your expertise in BPC 10.1 HANA migration if any of you performed earlier.

1. What would be the best practice to migrate BPC 7.5 Netweaver to 10.1 in HANA ?

          DMO tool migration vs Fresh install and export & import data using UJBR?

2. What are the pros & cons of using same SID & hostname in HANA to avoid integration & BDLS issues in source system?

3. or use different SID & hostname to keep clean and seperate without disturbing current environment?
