FAILED:Timeout While SAP HANA was trying Start up

Hi Community:

I have SAP HANA SPS08 and I'm trying start up HANA. After time (StartWait 2700) a Timeout is generated:

hana3:/usr/sap/H31/HDB00> ./HDB start
