Hi SAP HANA Experts,
We are having a unique problem with our SAP HANA One Instance.
Problem 1:- After starting the SAP HANA One Instance from AWS, We are not able to open the SAP HANA One Management Console.
Even i had maintained the Host entries file also but still it is not opening at all.
Problem 2:- We are using the instance since from 15 months almost. We knew that SAP HANA One License has to be renewed for every 1 year.
We did not downloaded the SAP HANA One License Key File from the SAP HANA One Management Console when it was working earlier.
Problem 3:- Even our SAP HANA One Database License is expired& we are not able to connect to the SAP HANA One Database.
So how can we get the SAP HANA One License Key file to our Instance so that we can apply it & thus all the 3 problems will be solved 1 by 1.
Please provide us the information ASAP, Thank you to all in advance....................
