HANA_SERVER100_85_3-70000738_P1.tar problem

Hi Experts,

We have download the files to install Hana Server (We have 2 files for this)

When we try to extract the first file (HANA_SERVER100_85_3-70000738_P1.tar) we have this error :

From Linux :

With WinRar from Windows :

So is the file is corrupted or an another problem ?

Can we do an another download or can we repair this file ?
