Future of (BO with HANA) vs (BW with HANA)

Hi Friends,

I would like to request your thoughts/views on this :-

BO with HANA future(short/medium/long term) will be good..!!?

                OR

BW with HANA future(short/medium/long term) will be good..!!?

I am really confused with the above combination of skills.. which would be the better combination in near future.!! Could you please help me on thsi please..!!
